 7:00 Holy Mass, breakfast.
 9:00 Terce (Midmorning Prayer), Holy Hour: Rosary, Litany of Our Lady, Spiritual reading, and work. Office of Readings 
 11:15 Sext (Midday Prayer), Examination of Conscience, Angelus.
 11:45 Dinner.
 12:50 pm None (Midafternoon Prayer), free time, and work.
 4:30 Vespers (Evening Prayer), personal prayer (1hr), Eucharist Adoration on Sundays and on Tuesday after morning Mass until 11:00 am.
 6:00 Supper.
 7:00 Recreation.
 7:50 Compline (Night Prayer).
 9:00 Retire.

In addition, the rosary and litany of Our Lady are prayed daily by each nun.
